Bed linen is provided. Bathroom linen is provided, including one large towel per person, plus small towels and flannels. Pool towels are not provided.
The pool measures 4 x 9 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. It is treated with salt. The pool is cleaned several times during your stay, depending on the weather conditions.
A baby cot is available in the accommodation, as well as a baby chair, a baby playpen, two stair gates and a set of plastic baby crockery.
Gîte with an internet connection. You will normally have very good mobile phone reception in the grounds and in the house.
At the gite, you'll find a family Weber BBQ with charcoal backup.
A few basic necessities are provided for the start of your stay : toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges, soaps, organic olive oil and vinegars, aromatic herbs, salt and black pepper, as well as a few teas and coffee pods.
Pets are welcome at the gîte. Please note that the estate is not fenced. Please note that any additional cleaning of the house or garden will be charged to the deposit.
Two fans are available in the accommodation, in particular to keep the upstairs fresh, while the ground floor stays cool very well.
A first aid kit, a fire alarm and a fire extinguisher are available in the accommodation.
Cleaning before and after your stay is included in the price. The gîte is equipped with a hoover, broom, dustpan, mop and a few cleaning products.
Up to 5 vehicles can be parked at the gîte.
I'll be there to welcome you when you arrive and when you leave the gîte. In order to ensure the next rental, I will be on site from Friday evening, in a small house also in the grounds. I won't disturb your tranquillity or your privacy.
The house and its surroundings have not been adapted for people with motor disabilities, the deaf or hard of hearing, the visually impaired or the blind. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information about the configuration of the house and its surroundings.
Domaine de Maux is committed to preserving our environment. We encourage you to reduce your consumption of water and electricity during your stay, to consume local products in a local circuit, to recycle your rubbish and much more. You will find more information on the measures taken in the gîte in the welcome booklet.
